You may be finding yourself at a crossroads, or overwhelmed, stressed, unfulfilled, confused or isolated. But importantly; you are ready to commit to change. Coaching can be instrumental in many situations; you may be looking for career progression, be relocating, or to start or scale your own business. Or you may be working remotely and want connection and a sounding board or be looking to develop towards your dream goal. You will lead the way with the theme to explore and we will work with a structure for clarity and prioritised focus, peace of mind and headspace. This means leveraging your unique strengths with a positive focus to reach goals that you are passionate about.
It is recommended that you are committed to the process for six months so you can gain real benefit, this can always be extended. These sessions may work in different timeframes and tailored to your needs. This can take place online, face to face or in a mixed format. I work from St Ives and would love to take advantage of the stunning natural scenery and fresh air for a session with you.
There are three steps before we start.
In this step we can start to explore what it is you are looking to achieve, find out more about each other and establish our coaching relationship. This is free of charge and with no obligation to book subsequent sessions.
Online/ face to face (depending on location)
Online/ telephone: 3 x 60 minute virtual sessions on specific challenges you may be facing
SIX MONTH PLANS
Face to face: 6 sessions of 120 minutes each, once a month for six months
Online/ telephone: 12 sessions of 60 minutes each, every other week for six months
Mixed format: face to face session of 60 minutes, 12 telephone sessions of 45 minutes every other week, completed by another face to face session of 60 minutes

Outlining the process will help you consider what is involved, it's that simple! Or is it? Coaching is an art as well as a science, as an avid researcher with wide and indepth knowledge and experience of different industries, I also have high levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to understand the needs of others, while being aware of their feelings and thoughts. This means that you will benefit from being asked the right questions or suggested methods to tap into your unique expertise and problem solving abilities while working towards your goals. Our sessions will be creative and enjoyable with excellent results.
