Cancelation Policy

Schedule Sessions and block sessions will be scheduled in advance. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before each session. The following session, if not already diarized will be scheduled during that live coaching session. Fees The fee for the coaching sessions will be charged in advance of each session and booked via www.serenarosaria.com Cancellation Policy: Clients maintain the right to cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation must be done in writing by email to: serena@serenarosaria.com. If you need to reschedule, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment date. Once a client has committed to a block of sessions they have the right to cancel after the first one and be charged at an Ad hoc hourly rate with the remainder reimbursed. Once the second session has commenced the client has committed to the full amount with no refunds available. Services The client will be provided with coaching services via WhatsApp unless otherwise specified by the coach. You will be called at the agreed upon time to begin the call. If you do not answer, you can call back within the time available to you. The purpose of the coaching sessions is to provide the client with support based on their defined goals and the experience of the coach in various areas. This service includes but is not limited to: motivational tools, brainstorming techniques, identifying action plans, follow-up procedures to maintain client motivation, educational resourceds as well as asking and answering effective questions. Termination Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the coach when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client adheres to the agreed responsibilities and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. Examples of terminable offenses: • Lack of payment • Lack of adherence to Coaching contract. • Indifference on the part of the client to prescribed session action items
